Registration is now open for the conference. The registration fees are detailed below.
Please note that the Early Bird fee ends on
31 March 2027.
The Registration fee includes attendance at all conference sessions, lunches and refreshments at the conference venue and attendance at the welcome reception. The fee also includes attendance at the conference dinner and ceilidh, taking place on 16 June.
The Accompanying Person fee includes lunches and refreshments at the conference venue and attendance at the welcome reception. The fee also includes attendance at the conference dinner and ceilidh, taking place on 16 June. Please note that this does not admit you to the scientific programme.
By registering for the conference, you accept our terms and conditions which can be viewed here. Please note that a refund cannot be provided after 29 April 2027.
If you require payment by invoice, please email cpdservices@abdn.ac.uk. Payment by invoice incurs an additional £15 admin charge.

In the registration form, you can indicate if you require a letter of registration confirmation. Upon payment of the registration fee, this will be sent to you. Upon abstract acceptance, we can also issue a letter confirming your participation in the conference. Please note that a letter of invitation cannot be sent unless the registration fee has been paid.
